This is Lydia. This is my first time making something like this and then posting it, so I hope this works. I did my piece on how to make a cup of tea, just because I like tea :) so I thought I'd share that. Its something thats nice and simple. Enjoy.

Hi Lydia. I have a nasty cold, so hearing your tea instructions complete with peaceful garden sound effects had me drifting off - pleasantly serene.
Nice work Lydia, very soothing. My english upbringing instructed me on the importance of making tea in a pot - but this sounds good and much more immediate. I liked the birdsong and background music.
